By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BotPnL is a trading journal and analytics tool. It reads your past trades from exchanges you connect and shows statistics, breakdowns and descriptive observations.
The Service is read-only with respect to your exchange accounts. It never places, modifies or cancels orders, never transfers or withdraws funds, and never holds your assets.
You must connect only read-only API keys. Do not enable trading, withdrawal, or transfer permissions on any key you give us. If you enable them anyway, you do so at your own risk and remain solely responsible for the consequences.
API keys are stored encrypted (AES via Fernet) and are never displayed back to you in full.
Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any asset. All metrics, insights and summaries are descriptive statements about your own past activity.
Trading crypto assets carries a high risk of loss, including total loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
Figures are computed from data returned by third-party exchange APIs and by our own position engine (netting). Exchange data can be incomplete, delayed or revised, and some fee types (for example fees paid in a token we cannot convert) may not be fully captured. Do not rely on the Service for accounting, tax filing or audit purposes without verifying the numbers against your exchange statements.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account. One person or entity per account; do not share credentials.
You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.
New accounts start with a 14-day Pro trial that does not require a card. When the trial ends the account moves to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted; features beyond the Free limits simply become unavailable until you upgrade.
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider. We never see or store your card details. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and we do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it.
We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal.
Do not attempt to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, access other users’ data, resell access, or use the Service unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that do.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; exchanges, networks and third-party providers can fail or rate-limit us.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or indirect or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be limited by law.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion removes your data from the live database. We may terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app. These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye.
